Three basic system improvement "Scenarios" were identified in the 2005 RTP to address the mobility needs for San Luis Obispo County have been assessed using updated financial projections through 2025. These same three scenarios (Highway and Streets Emphasis, Transit and Rail Emphasis, and an Intermodal Emphasis) were evaluated in the 2001 RTP. The Intermodal System Emphasis Scenario was chosen. |
