Interaction of Color Example 21 (Free Studies) |
Description |
An arrangement of stripes of very contrasting character. These can be read as warm and soft against hard and cool. There is a harmonious and sonorous assemblage of adjacent colors which make the blues look warm. All these differences can be read despite the fact that all the colors appear in the shape of stripes which are equally hard-edged. |
