Description We present a novel case of chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy (CIDP) with associated optic neuropathy, rapidly progressive cognitive impairment, generalized neuromyopathy, and gastrointestinal dysautonomia (GID). Condition showed overall dramatic improvement with IV Immunoglobulins (IVIg).
