Description
A case of presumed inflammatory inferior subdivision 3rd cranial nerve palsy will be presented. The clinical course was complicated by early development of amblyopia, driven by multiple factors directly manifesting from 3rd cranial nerve dysfunction: unilateral manifestation of age-appropriate latent hyperopia, accommodative deficiency, and exotropia and hypertropia.
