Description Tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) is an autosomal dominant multisystem neurocutaneous disorder that occurs secondary to mutations in the TSC1 or TSC2 tumor suppressor genes and presents with widely varying phenotypic presentations. We evaluated patients with TSC seen at a multidisciplinary care-based program to characterize retinal findings and better understand associations with other systemic pathology.
