Description Behçet's disease is a systemic vascular disease that is commonly associated with a triad of oral ulcers, genital ulcers and ocular inflammation. Ocular manifestations carry the most serious implications, affecting roughly 70% of patients. Ocular Behçet's displays a nongranulomatous panuveitis and may show retinal vasculitis with occlusions. Our patient however, presented with papilledema secondary to venous sinus thrombosis and was subsequently diagnosed as Behçet's disease.
