Description Congenital anomalies of the extraocular muscles, apart from congenital fibrosis, are rarely encountered. Duplication of extra-ocular muscles is a very rare congenital anomaly that has been seldomly reported in the literature as a cause of abnormal ocular motility. We present a case of unilateral congenital entropion and hypotropia resulting from duplication of the inferior rectus muscle.
