Description Syphilis is a sexually transmitted disease caused by the spirochete treponema pallidum with protean manifestations. Ocular syphilis can masquerade as anterior uveitis, panuveitis, retinitis, retinal vasculitis, vitritis or papillitis. We aim to describe clinical features and outcome of patients with ocular syphilis who presented with disc swelling at a tertiary referral eye care centre.
