Description Pityriasis rubra pilaris (PRP) is rare idiopathic papulosquamous dermatosis of unknown etiology. PRP has been associated with several ocular manifestations including interstitial keratitis, epithelial defects and keratinization of the conjunctiva. However, no previous studies have reported an association with cranial nerve palsy. Here we report a case of abducens palsy in a patient with PRP.
