Description Gaze hemiparesis with INO and facial nerve palsy, the aforementioned triad commonly known as the Eight and a half syndrome' is a very rare presentation of the insults to pontine tegmentum abducent nucleus, PPRF and the ipsilateral MLF. In this case report we describe eight and a half syndrome in setting of basilar artery aneurysm.'
