Description The Klippel-Trenaunay-syndrome (KTS) is a mixed congenital angioosteohyperthrophy dysplasia of blood or lymph vessels characterized by three main symptoms: cutaneous vascular naevi, hypertrophy of a limb and varicose or venous malformations. Arterial system compromise is extremely rare. In this report, we present a 32-year-old woman with Klippel- Trenaunay- (Weber) syndrome who developed bilateral III nerve palsy by intracranial aneurysm.
