Description Terson syndrome is a known complication of subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) that causes potentially reversible vision loss, due to vitreous and subhyaloid hemorrhage. In some cases, a blood-vitreous level can be identified on CT scans, but this finding is often overlooked.
