Description The differential diagnosis for enlargement of the extraocular muscles (EOMs) generally includes infiltrative, inflammatory, and vascular processes. Herein, we report the unusual case of an infant who presented with unilateral restrictive strabismus secondary to idiopathic enlargement of the EOMs.
