Description Silent Sinus Syndrome (SSS) is a rare entity defined as spontaneous, progressive enophthalmos and hypoglobus from maxillary sinus hypoplasia due to chronic maxillary sinus obstruction1. We present a unique case of silent sinus syndrome caused by a dacryocystorhinostomy presenting as myasthenia gravis.
