Description A 42 year old male complained of 2 months of dull frontal headaches, relieved by aspirin. The headaches did not radiate, and lasted all day without change. About 2 weeks prior to presentation he noted some itching of his left eye, which subsequently started to swell. He sought medical attention and was prescribed a steroid antibiotic ophthalmic solution for presumed conjunctivitis.
