Description Gadolinium enhancement of the 2nd, 5th, and 7th cranial nerves on MRI has recently been described in patients with respective cranial neuropathies. We report 10 patients wkh enhancement of the cisternal portion of the 3rd nerve. 50 control patients referred for pituitary macroadenomas were also studied with coronal preand post-Gadolinium T1 weighted images.
