Description To study cerebrospinal fluid opening pressures in patients with pulsatile tinnitus but without papilledema. Fifteen patients with chief complaint of tinnitus were evaluated. All were women aged 22 to 40 years (mean 31.5), weight 140 to 245 lbs. (mean 200). Thirteen were obese.
