Description To describe a unique case of bilateral oculomotor neuromyotonia and to define its pathophysiologic features. A 45 year old woman developed episodic diplopia over 14 years after receiving surgery and radiotherapy for a pituitary adenoma. Examination was normal except for spells of tonic adduction, lid retraction and limitation of eye movement.
