The effect of aspirin use on the visual outcome of nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy (NAION) is examined. This retrospective case-controlled study was comprised of 23 patients (cases) who used aspirin regularly prior to and during the course of NAION and 55 control patients with NAION. |
