Description |
Intracranial aneurysms are a rare cause of compressive optic neuropathy. Monocular visual loss has also occurred in association with aneurismal leak into the optic nerve. We present a case of a woman with Marfan's syndrome who suffered from repeated episodes of transient inferior vision loss as for ten years and was found to have compression of the optic nerve by a carotid artery aneurysm. |
