Description CIDP typically presents with sensorimotor deficits and hypordlexia. Optic nerve involvement occurs infrequently. We report a case of pure sensory CIDP presenting three years prior with bilateral optic neuropathies and review the literature regarding optic neuropathy type and temporal course in CIDP.
