Description Tacrolimus (FK506) is a potent and effective immunosuppressive agent, mainly utilized after solid organ transplantation. Tacrolimus optic neuropathy (TON) is rare, but increasingly recognized. We report the clinical features of TON in three patients on tacrolimus therapy that had exhaustive workups not revealing any additional cause.
