We describe the case of an 11 year old with an established diagnosis of hyperopia and Best Vitelliform Macular Dystrophy (BVMD) without visual symptoms who presents for evaluation of pseudopapilledema versus papilledema. The patient endorsed neither headache symptoms nor those of elevated intracranial pressure. |
