Description Giant Cell Arteritis (GCA) is an inflammatory vasculopathy of medium and large sized arteries which typically present with clinical symptoms including headache, jaw claudication, weight loss, malaise, and vision loss. We present a case of atypical GCA with vision spared, and with multiple cranial nerve involvement, both a rarity in this vasculitis.
