Description There is no standard therapy for central retinal artery occlusions (CRAO), but there are many studies indicating hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) has the potential to improve visual prognosis. Our goal with this study was to analyze data from patients presenting with non-arteritic CRAO to determine whether there was a significant improvement in visual acuity in patients who received HBOT for CRAO versus those who underwent conservative treatment and whether the time to HBOT or number of treatments impact outcomes.
