Description Raeder's Paratrigeminal Neuralgia (RPN) is a rare condition that results from inflammation or compression of the trigeminal nerve and its branches. The purpose of this report is to present a classic idiopathic presentation of this disease, and to contribute to the general understanding and treatment of RPN.
