Description Dalfampridine improves walking speed in MS patients. There is some evidence of visual improvement in MS and improved motor function in early stroke studies. We hypothesized that patients with chronic stable deficits after NAION will have improved visual function with the administration of dalfampridine. Therefore, we performed a pilot clinical trial to determine whether this was true.
