Description To describe neuro-ophthalmic eye movement disorders occurring in Neurocysticercosis Case report. A 55-year-old woman presented with recent onset of unsteady gait. Physical examination showed continuous convergence-retraction nystagmus . (video). Head tilt to the righ, and right lateropulsion was evident during walking. Pupils were normal. She underwent a brain MRI that revealed severe hydrocephalia and Paquimeningitis due to neurocysticercosis, and a ventriculoperitoneal shunt.
