History Previously healthy 25-year-old male presented with a 3-week history of frontal headache, right 3rd nerve palsy with ptosis, and areflexia of the left leg. MRI brain was normal. Two days later new symptoms developed: lower back pain, paresthesias, left leg weakness, right facial weakness.
