Emily Leishom came to us this morning. She is the girl I wrote you about last week. She now thinks she would like to go to the city but she wants to go the city schools. She is a bright Mormon girl, a good girl and as it is said a good worker. If you can secure a place for her in a Christian home I wish you would write to her that you would like to have her come and see you and see if she cannot enter your preparatory class, and that you will see that she is provided with books. Of course if you think best to make her the offer. You understand the situation. Secure places for these young ladies, if you can Mary Worthorn, Fray Whitman, and Emily Leishom.
