The photograph is rectangular and on the back of the photograph is a sticker at the bottom which reads, "W.T. Nightingale, Chairman of Board Mountain Fuel Supply Co. 1964 deceased [handwritten]" Another stamp is placed on top which reads, "Received May 9 1963 Tribune Library." Written on the very top is "Utah Westminster." The front of the photograph is free of any hand written marks. The overall condition of the photograph is poor. It has been improperly handled and shows increasing signs of wear and age. A tear is noticeable when looking at the front right hand side and there are many creases that have been caused by handling the photograph. The back shows signs of yellow aging and has glue stains in each of the four corners. William T. Nightingale was a major contributor to Westminster College and in honor of his contributions the William T. Nightingale Memorial Library at Westminster College was erected in is honor and dedicated on December 7th 1964. Biographical information abo |
