Includes a set of printed statements published by the group Promoting Enduring Peace; an article by Robert de Fremery entitled "Periodic liquidity crises: the real cause and cure," reprinted from the Commercial and Financial Chronicle of 20 Oct. 1966; and a typescript (8 pages) of a speech entitled "The Dollar, gold, and the U.S. Payments deficit," delivered by Alfred Hayes of the New York Federal Reserve Bank at Basle, Switzerland on 10 June 1968.
