Description Digitized copy of an audiocassette recording of Henry Kissinger dictating a paper or speech from April 4, 1968, part one. Kissinger discusses United States international relations, particularly regarding Vietnam and Korea. The audio quality throughout is uneven and the first minute is unintelligible. This was part of Brodie's research from her 1981 book, Richard Nixon: The Shaping of His Character. Utah native Fawn Brodie was a history professor and biographer who published several books about historical figures, including Thomas Jefferson, Joseph Smith, and Richard Nixon.
