Subject Land use; Regional planning
Description The five alternative land use and transportation scenarios analyzed in this study examined different options for enabling workers in the metropolitan Washington region to live closer to regional employment activity centers interconnected to each other through a greatly expanded regional transit network. The future land use and transit network assumptions that went into each of the scenarios were designed to test and evaluate specific features of these alternative options.
