Montgomery County Comprehensive Growth Policy Study

This document responds to four major questions concerning the ability of the county to handle growth for the period of 30 to 40 years into the future. The questions are organized under four different topics, called congestion, affordability, policy, and management. It contains relevant material from three other volumes that, together with this volume, comprise the complete study. It may be read as a summary document representing the major findings and conclusions of the overall study.
