From left: Panelists Rodney G. Snow, Victoria Palacios, and Elizabeth Stewart. At the time, Mr. Snow was a parter and head of litigation at Clyde, Pratt, Gibbs and Cahoon in Salt Lake City. Ms. Palacios was a member of the Utah Board of Pardons and a College of Law adjunct professor. Ms. Stewart was a practicing psychologist who frequently acted as an expert witness.
