Description Work continues on the bridge and highway over the Flaming Gorge Dam and spillway. Scaffolding froms are in place for concrete placement for support of the two lane highway. Railing is being placed along the edges of the dam for safety. Highway 191 will cross over the dam and wrap around the mountain to the community of Dutch John where it will continue up to Rock Springs, Wyoming. Travel across the dam opened in October 1963.
