Suspension Bridge at Flaming Gorge |
Subject |
Bridge--Flaming Gorge |
Description |
A 421 foot suspension bridge was temporarily placed over the Green River during construction of the Flaming Gorge Dam. This gave the community of Dutch John and those working on the dam access to both sides of the project. It cut the time from Dutch John to Vernal in half. |
