The class of 1948 held its 64 reunion August 17 and 18, 2012, visiting and dinner at Lila Caldwell's. On the 18th meeting at the Golden Age Center with a brunch at noon and delicious dinner catered by CR Catering (Bruce Preece) the room was decorated in Red and White, and had a memorie chair honor of the deceased members. Many memories were shared from the past. There were many pictures from the past shared. Those making the block quilt were Lillian Helco, Lita Bullock, Toni Reynolds, Lola Peterson, Elaine Bascom and Merlene Hall, and a friend Wanda Brown. The quilt was won by Elliot Hapton, Merlene M. Hall served as Reunion chairman with Lila Caldwell, Wayne Matinson, and Pudge Merkley.
