Description |
The Washington Elementary School, a brick structure, was built in the fall of 1895. The brick was fired on the Davis Merkley farm. Volunteer labor was appreciated. Masonry work was done by Archie Weeks. By 1913, the building was sold to the Vernal First Ward and they used if for the Relief Society Building. It's address is 270 North 500 West. |
