Description |
The first Feeder's Tour was on December 28, 1939. An educational tour of Ashley Valley by thirty-three stockmen visited ten different ranches to witness operations of feeding steers, hogs, lambs, and old ewes. County agents and operators of feeding units pointed out various items and information. One prominent livestock man made the comment, that "he learned more on this day's tour than he ever learned in any one day before." This photo was taken at W. A. Murray's Ranch. |
