Sir: In compliance with Office letter of l.ovember 6, 1913, regarding the proposed sale of the allotment of Joe Arhi to tho Try Oulch Irrigation Company on aooount" of damage caused to tho allotment "by them, I am able to mako the following report* A number of communications have passed back and forth between this.offjco and the irrigation company relative to the matter, and it has finally been decided by them that thoy will purchase the land at the appraised price of ;)20 per acre. I .have not conferred as yet with tho allotteo as to whether or not he would be willing to accept this figure. The price offered by tho irrigation company, of courso, takes in the improvements which aro now on the land. (These improvements consist of a throe room log house in fair condition, a poorly constructed bam, and a good new granary, also a root cellar in: fair condition. .The land is fenced with cedar posts anci. fow barbed wires, the fence boing in only fair condition.
