This is a collection of poems written during the years that I have attended the University of Utah. They represent the embryonic beginnings of my poetry; they have been written, rewritten and, likely, will continue to succumb to my revisions as I see life through an ever-changing lens. This collection is important, regardless of future changes, because it is my poetry now. These are fragments of my vision. Together, they reveal the me of here and now, a revelation that I won't be able to make in ten years, let alone tomorrow. |
