Description |
Optic nerve sheath fenestration (ONSF) is a decompressive surgical technique to preserve vision in patients with idiopathic intracranial hypertension (IIH). Recently, ganglion cell complex analysis has been found to be a sensitive proxy for early neuronal loss in IIH [1]. We aimed to evaluate macular ganglion cell layer loss using Optical Coherence Tomography in patients with IIH who undergo ONSF. |
