Description In patients with tilted, anomalous optic discs, pseudopapilledema (PP) may be difficult to differentiate from true papilledema (TP). Patients with suspected TP may be subjected to expensive and invasive testing such as MRI and lumbar puncture. In this study, we aim to identify features on spectral domain optical coherence tomography (SD-OCT) that may help distinguish pseudopapilledema (PP) from true papilledema (TP).
