Description Pseudotumor cerebri (PTC) occurs in men at the same age as in women, but less frequently and with a higher risk of visual loss. It is still controversial whether pathophysiologically this disorder is the same in both sexes. Although dural arteriovenous fistulae (A VFs) can cause intracranial hypertension, PTC is an Wtusual mauifestation. We investigated arterious and venous iniiacranial circulation in men with PTC.
