We are presenting 5 cases of presumed autoimmune retinopathy and optic neuropathy in patients who have no evidence of carcinoma. Case 1 is a patient with SLE with high levels of diffuse retinal antibodies to several antigens. Cases 2-5 have an antibody which reacts to antigen of approximately 19 KD |
