Description |
Ocular motor nerve palsies are common in children and are often associated with intracranial neoplasm. Their management is made difficult by the child's age as well as the etiology leading to frequent loss of vision from amblyopia. Childhood myasthenia often presents with ptosis and many children respond to pyridostigmine. |
