Description Autosomal Recessive Spastic Ataxia of Charlevoix-Saguenay (ARSACS) is an autosomal recessive spastic ataxia associated with specific ocular findings, including significant peripapillary retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) thickening. Our aim is to increase awareness of retinal and OCT findings in ARSACS.
