Description The myelin oligodendrocyte glycoprotein (MOG) is a membrane protein expressed on the outmost surface of the myelin sheath in the central nervous system (CNS). Generally, the diagnostic, prognostic and therapeutic implications of anti-MOG-IgG in inflammatory demyelinating diseases in the CNS are unexplained.
